I visited the store early on the morning of Saturday, June 20th, 2026, arriving at 9 AM when they opened. I had previously purchased an item the day before, but I was given a youth size rather than the adult size I requested. Upon returning to exchange it, I asked an associate if they could locate the correct size. Unfortunately, they did not make any effort to look and informed me that the store was too busy to assist me, despite the fact that it was 9 AM and they had only just opened. When I requested that they check the back stock, they again refused, citing the same reason.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the organization and management of the OG Anunoby appearance at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Ridge Hill today. Many Knicks fans, including families with young children, arrived hours before the event and waited in line for over five hours after being told that people waiting outside would be allowed an opportunity to enter and participate. Unfortunately, what unfolded was extremely frustrating and unfair. Despite the long wait, there appeared to be no effective system in place to manage the line or control entry. Numerous individuals who were not waiting in line were allowed to enter, bypass those who had been waiting for hours, and take photos with OG Anunoby ahead of loyal fans who had followed the instructions provided. This created confusion, frustration, and a sense that the event was being handled unfairly. To make matters worse, the event was cut short, leaving many fans—including children who had spent most of their day waiting in anticipation—without the opportunity to meet OG or take a photo. Watching people who had not waited in line receive access while those who had invested hours of their time were turned away was inc

KENNY was amazing in the sneaker dept. He helped me and my aunt for about an hour and a half. He was very knowledgeable and explained different shoe structure to my aunt as she was very particular on what she needed to find in a shoe. Any question I asked he had an answer for which was terrific and he didn’t mind going back-and-forth to the stockroom for us. Overall, we walked out buying two pairs of sneakers, one for me and one for her. We were very satisfied with the help we received.

I had a very good experience at Dick’s Sporting Goods. The store was clean, spacious, and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. They had a great selection of sporting equipment, apparel, and accessories across a wide range of activities. Everything was well-stocked, and there were plenty of options to choose from, whether you’re into fitness, team sports, or outdoor gear. The quality of the products was impressive, and the layout made browsing enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, ready to assist when needed without being intrusive. They made the shopping experience smooth and pleasant. Checkout was quick and efficient, which added to the overall positive visit. It’s clear that the store is well-managed and focused on customer satisfaction. Overall, I would highly recommend this Dick’s Sporting Goods location to anyone looking for quality sports gear and a great shopping experience. I will definitely be coming back again.
